Jump rings are a basic requirement for jewellery making. They are metal rings with an opening that you can twist open, and close tightly using 2 pairs of pliers or our jump ring tool. Use them to attach a clasp or a charm. Oval jump rings are more stable than round as the cut is on the long side of the oval and items are less likely to slip out of the split. Good for attaching charms to chains.
